Facebook Mafia Wars - Private Zoo (New York Property)

The Private Zoo property is in New York!

Every legendary Mafia Wars fighter needs the raw power of animals.
Build your Private Zoo.
Create new animals with Animal Feed each day to use in fights.
Upgrade your Zoo to get stronger exotic pets.

There are 10 levels. You will need Exotic Animal feed to make Level 7-10 animals.

Exotic Animal feed will not drop from jobs or fights and cannot be purchased.

What's the Private Zoo in Mafia Wars?
You can produce new animals and unleash their wild power in your fights.
Similar to the Chop Shop, Weapons Depot, and Armory, the Private Zoo will produce animals and will unlock a new animal each time you upgrade it one level.

Each day when you go to your zoo, you'll be able to collect "Animal Feed" that you'll use to build animals.

You'll need 5 different construction parts to set up your zoo:

Terrarium
Animal Pen
Aquarium
Bird Cage
Feeding Trough

Get them by sending requests and feeds to your mafia to help out or by directly purchasing.

What is a CHOP SHOP?

The Chop Shop allows you to "clean" stolen cars, by removing any identifying marks and serial numbers. It requires 5 different items to get started, and you'll need to collect 10 of each item to complete it. You'll need to ask your friends for help in getting it built, the materials to build it are scattered across the city and not everyone has access to the same parts in their neighborhood.
Once you've completed your Chop Shop, it can produce a variety of vehicles.

If you ask for help in finding materials, the following messages will be sent to your Facebook friend's Mafia Wars wall filter.

MAFIAWARS MASTER is setting up a Chop Shop.

MafiaWarsMaster needs to clear some stolen vehicles and has decided to set up a Chop Shop. It doesn't build itself though, so MafiaWarsMaster is going to need some assistance.You need 10 pieces for each material to be able to set-up a CHOP SHOP.

Ask for these items from your friends:
Car Lift
Acetylene Torches
Shipping Containers
Power Tools
Cement Blocks

Built Using these materials above.
You can ask the Godfather for 1 piece in exchange for a GF Point.
Which is not recommended anyway. Just keep asking your friends to send you these parts.

Goodbye rackets and old stagnant properties, hello Real estate development.

Here's the message you will get once your Properties have been converted.

Real estate development is a great way to make additional money without the Feds breathing down your neck.

Mousing over each property displays how much it makes, how often you can collect the income, and how much money is needed to upgrade it. Upgrading a property increases the money it pays out. Some properties take less time to pay out than others, so check back as often as possible to collect the take and maximize your income.

As you make more money, additional properties will become available for purchase.

There are no longer any undeveloped spaces. We took the liberty of selling off your undeveloped spaces for you and deposited the proceeds in your account.

You can no longer sell your properties, only upgrade them.

And, while each of your properties pays out the same amount it did before, the properties now each have different collection rates. Be sure to come back often so your properties are always producing.
